Having the beach as a backyard is beyond the budget of the average homebuyer looking in southeast Queenslander, but they can still find hidden waterfront gems elsewhere in the sunshine state.
The Courier Mail has done the hard work and unearthed 10 of Queensland’s cheapest beachfront homes on the market.
Some may be diamonds in the rough, but they all have sea breezes and sandy patches out the back door.
And most come with a price tag less than a quarter of what you’d pay for an average Noosa Heads home.
