OIL Recruitment 2023: Oil India Limited (OIL) is inviting applications for the post of Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator, Mechanic, Assistant Operator and Assistant Mechanic. As per the OIL Recruitment notification, there are total 39 vacancies. The minimum age required for applying for this job post is 18 years. The selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 06 months.

The selected candidates will be appointed in the Field Headquarters, Duliajan. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 19500 per day, up to Rs. 750. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned below must attend the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment on the date and time mentioned below.

Qualification Required for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator

Candidates applying for the Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator post should have class 10th from a government-recognised education board. Candidates should have a Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic / Fitter / Electrician / Turner/Machinist Trade from Government Recognized Institute. Candidates should have a minimum of 05 (Five) years post qualification work experience in Drilling / Workover activities like Drilling / Workover operation, able to operate the brake during any workover operation, rig down & rig up operation, raising & lowering of workover mast, rig floor operations like making & lowering BHA, tripping in/tripping out tubular, etc. OR

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Science Stream from Government Recognized University. Candidates should have Minimum 02 (Two) years post-qualification work experience in Drilling / Workover activities like Drilling / Workover operation, be able to operate the brake during any workover operation, raise & lowering of workover mast, rig floor operations like making & lowering BHA, tripping in/tripping out tubular, etc.

OR

Candidates should have Class 10 from the Government Recognized Education Board. Candidates should have 03 (Three) a year’s Diploma in any Engineering discipline from Government Recognized Polytechnic. Candidates should have a Minimum of 02 (Two) years post-qualification work experience in Drilling / Workover activities like Drilling / Workover operation, be able to operate the brake during any workover operation, raise & lowering of workover mast, rig floor operations like making & lowering BHA, tripping in/tripping out tubular, etc.

Contractual Drilling/Workover Mechanic

Candidates applying for the Contractual Drilling/Workover Mechanic post should have Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board. Candidates should have 03 (Three) years of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering from Government Recognized Polytechnic. Candidates should have a Minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification relevant work experience like maintenance and operation of engines, pumps, compressors, generating sets, laying and connecting high-pressure lines, etc. in Drilling/Workover wells in any E&P company.

Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator

Candidates applying for the post of Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator should have a Class 10 from the Government Recognized Education Board. Candidates should have a Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/ Machinist Trade from Government Recognized Institute. Candidates should have Minimum 02 (Two) years post-qualification work experience in Drilling/Workover activities like rig floor operations such as making & lowering BHA, Double and Thribble board operations like tripping in/tripping out tubular, etc.

Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Mechanic

Candidates applying for the post of Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Mechanic should have a Class 10 from the Government Recognized Education Board. Candidates should have a Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic Trade from Government Recognized Institute. Candidates should have Minimum 02 (Two) years post-qualification relevant work experience like maintenance and operation of engines, pumps, compressors, generating sets, laying and connecting high-pressure lines, etc. in Drilling/Workover wells in any E&P company.

Age Limit for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

As per the Oil India Recruitment 2023 notification, the post-wise minimum and maximum age limits are mentioned below:

The minimum age required for the contractual Drilling/Workover Operator post is 18 years and the Maximum age limit is 45 years.

The minimum age required for the contractual Drilling/Workover Mechanic post is 18 years and the Maximum age limit is 40 years.

The minimum age required for the contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator My post is 18 years and the Maximum age limit is 40 years.

The minimum age required for the contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Mechanic post is 18 years and the Maximum age limit is 40 years.

Salary for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates for the post of Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator and Mechanic will get a monthly salary of Rs. 19500, Candidate will get Rs. 750 per daily working day.

Selected candidates for the post of Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator and Mechanic will get a monthly salary of Rs. 16640, Candidate will get Rs. 640 per daily working day.

Tenure for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 06 months.
