National Investigation Agency-NIA Recruitment 2023 for 118 Vacancies: Check How to Apply

NIA Recruitment 2023: National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Inspector and Sub Inspector on a deputation basis. As per the NIA Recruitment notification, there are 118 vacancies. The maximum age limit for applying for these posts is 56 years. Selected candidates will be posted in Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Lucknow, Jammu, Kochi, Kolkata, Raipur, Chandigarh, Imphal, Chennai, Ranchi, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Patna and Ahmedabad.

The terms and conditions of deputation will be governed as laid down in the Govt. of India, DoP&T ON 17.06.2010 as No. 6/08/2009-Estt(Pay-II) dated amended from time to time. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary on pay scale levels 6 and 7. Candidates meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to send their duly filled application to the address mentioned below on or before the last date. The last date for filling the application form is 45 days from the release of notification, Applications received after the last date will be summarily REJECTED.

As per the NIA Recruitment 2023 notification, the post name and vacancies are mentioned below:

For the post of Inspector, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. candidate should have 02 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases, intelligence work or operations or Information Technology cases, or Training in counter-terrorism. Candidates who have been officers of the Central Government State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or With 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4200/- in the parent cadre or department can apply.

For the post of Sub Inspector candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. candidate should have 02 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases, intelligence work or operations or Information Technology cases, or Training in counter-terrorism. Candidates who have been officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or With 6 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Pay Band-1 of Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2800/- in the parent cadre or department can apply.

Selected candidates for the post of Inspector will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 7 (pre-revised PB-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with grade pay Rs. 4600. Selected candidates for the post of Sub Inspector will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400) (Pre-revised PB-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with grade pay Rs. 4200.

Candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts must not have crossed the age of 56 years.
