Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquiring and maintaining relationships with banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Insurance companies and new age fintech players who want to adopt the AA framework, and managing various stages of the partnership:
Executing commercial deals and agreements with customers
Understanding customers’ product needs and planning for timely execution by liaising with internal and external product and engineering teams
Program-managing customer go-live by leading cross-functional discussions
Monitoring and reporting of key success metrics
Building efficient processes for fast-paced acquisitions
Identifying, strategizing and co-developing best-in-class product solutions and business growth levers via:
Developing market knowledge and ecosystem know-how for future product requirements and business drivers
Identifying technical issues and gaps faced by existing and new customers via market studies and data analytics
Problem-solving and prioritizing projects with Product and engineering teams and managing
Liaising with Legal, Compliance and Regulatory functions for reviewing and interpreting, and monitoring compliance to existing and new regulations impacting the business
Building a high performing team equipped to grow a fast-paced business with bias for positive impact and problem-solving
Responsible for topline and revenues for the functional area
Design the strategy and lay out long term, annual and monthly plans for the portfolio/ industries being handled.
Must have MBA from a Tier 1 institute
Must have 7-10 years of overall experience including category management/business development in Financial Services, B2B Fintech products, lending and related businesses
Knowledge of the Account Aggregator ecosystem and its use cases, with existing connections in the financial services industry
Thrive at building relationships, influencing cross-functional teams and leadership teams on strategic execution of key projects
Ability to forge and nurture leadership relationships with customers (CXOs)
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate for one’s requirements
Highly data-driven and adept at making data-driven solutions and decisions
